SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping on All Standard Orders Over $99 USD with the EXCEPTION of water bottles. Water bottles do not ship for free due to the excessive weight.

UPS cannot ship to P.O. Box,  FPO,  APO,  or DPO addresses.

Focus Care Products® reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse to ship product to any customer for any reason, or for no reason whatsoever, with or without prior notice.

Free standard shipping applies only to deliveries within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.

Orders before 6 PM Eastern Time will ship the next day. Refrigerated products need more care and might ship within 2 days.

Next day shipping may not apply if your order is placed over the weekend or on major U.S. holidays like:

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Day

Please note: orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will not be shipped until the next business day. All orders over $250 will require a signature at delivery.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands).

We also offer international shipping to North America (USA, Canada, Mexico), as well as many other places around the world by special request.

However, please note that due to inconsistencies in customs and duties from country to country, we cannot assume responsibility for taxes or unexpected issues related to your delivery. If you are unsure whether an item can ship to your country, it is your responsibility to contact customs and get necessary verification.

 

International Orders and Return Policy:

Because of regulations governing foreign countries, customs. and shipping policies, please note that we cannot issue refunds or accept returns on any products shipped outside of the United States for any reason. We are not responsible for issues that may arise pertaining to international orders, unexpected product damages or problems, or any delays affecting your delivery date. If your international order is lost or misplaced at customs or your local postal facility, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. Shipping or custom fees are also not subject to refund.

On high-volume orders, additional shipping and handling fees are applicable depending on your country of origin.

Shipping options outside of the United States:

Shipments outside of the United States are subject to different rates and use different shippers which will be identified at the time that the order is placed. You the customer are responsible and solely bear the risk for all applicable duties, fines and taxes. You also bear the risk of government seizure or delay of the shipment.

Note that international orders may take substantially longer to be delivered, with some exceptions possible. Orders are typically sent to international shipping once a week on Fridays. In the absence of a 10-pound batch minimum, orders are held until the following week's shipping day(s). Thereafter, international shippers reserve the right to process and ship packages at their discretion, which is outside of Focus Care Products control.

BACKORDERS:

When one or more items in your order is Out of Stock. All back-ordered items are shipped as soon as they come in.

Temperature-sensitive items: Temperature-sensitive items get extra care! This includes Air Shipping using an ice pack and a Styrofoam Cooler. We automatically add these extra items, along with a flat cooler fee, especially during the summer months.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Focus Care Products, we are proud to provide a premium selection of products at a price everyone can afford, especially after applying the benefits of any discounts and our Rewards Program. Above all, we believe that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Please check your order carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. You may submit claims for damaged focus care products items within three days of receiving your shipment via email at the information listed below. Please include specific details and photos of product damage.

We offer a full purchase refund within 30 days of the initial order date. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in order to issue a refund. Returns must contain at least 80% of the original contents. If you would like to make an exchange, for all returns and exchanges we need claims to be submitted by email at info@focus-careproducts.com. Refund requests must be submitted via email. For any questions or concerns, contact our support specialist at 1-800-372-2984.

All refunds/exchanges are subject to review and the approval of Focus Care Products and are provided at the discretion of focus care products. This is normally limited to one refund/exchange per customer. We want to ensure the customer satisfaction of all those who purchase any focus care products. That being said, if your product was purchased through a focus care products distributor or retailer, you will need to return to the original purchase location in order to resolve any returns or exchanges. This policy only applies to retail orders, wholesale orders are subject to further review.
